Our Service Department offers two distinct
types of service:
Procedure for returning a product for service: Prior to returning a product for service, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from ROTRONIC. Please note that our receiving department will not accept any product returned to the factory that does not have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) clearly marked on the shipping box. To obtain a RAN, either call (631) 427-3898 (Ext 225 or Ext 219) or use the on-line form provided on our website after clicking on the following link: Return Authorization Number Request Form
You will promptly be given a
quotation depending on the type of service and on the product or
products to be returned. When you are ready to place a service
order, call us back or send us an e-mail with your purchase order
number. We will reply with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). When returning the product, mark clearly the shipping box with the Return Authorization Number provided by ROTRONIC Shipping, insurance and sales tax: Prices and service charges do not include shipping, insurance and any applicable sales tax.
