HygroClip DI:
Network interface for humidity probes and instruments

The HygroClip DI network interface connects up to two HygroClip humidity-temperature probes to a PC with the ROTRONIC HW4 software installed (v 1.2.2 or higher). The HygroClip DI can also connect up to 63 ROTRONIC devices with a RS-485 port to a PC by way of an Ethernet local area network or USB port: HygroFlex 2, HygroFlex 3 and M3 series transmitters, HygroLab 2 indicator, etc. The number of HygroClip DI that can be connected with the HW4 PC is limited only by the capacity of both the HW4 PC and local area network.

• PC interface: USB or Ethernet (TCP/IP) - wired or wireless • Two inputs (5-pin connector) for HygroClip probes 1) • Computes dew point or another psychrometric parameter for each probe input • RS-485 port allows the connection of up to 63 additional devices in a multi-drop arrangement • Powered by an AC adapter • Two mounting holes for wall installation 1) The probes should be installed at some distance from the HygroClip DI so as to eliminate any influence of the     device self-heating on measurements. Up to 5 m / 16.4 ft probe separation is possible.
