   Modular design simplifies installation and facilitates maintenance

Each SF65 series humistat consists of a base plate and a measurement module (electronics, probe and sensors). The humistats are calibrated at our factory and are shipped in an individual box for protection during shipment or storage.

Installation is a simple 2-step process:

Step 1

The base plate is mounted and wired (a standard electrical box may be used in the case of a wall installation). Since the measurement module is not required during this part of the installation, it can be safely stored until all the work is completed.

Step 2

Upon completion of the wiring work, the module is just snapped into the base plate and secured with the screws provided. Any module can be
installed with any base plate, no special matching is required.

When it is time to re-certify calibration or if a repair is required, simply replace the module.
